Buying the best ingredients you can find, as locally, sustainably, organically as possible Viron Rondo Osteria serves a market driven menu we are sure will delight your tastebuds. Our seasonal menu includes well known and loved Italian classics as well as new dishes that will soon become a favorite. Equipped with custom-designed wood-burning brick ovens to make the perfect thin crust New York style pizza and complimented by an inspiring wine and cocktail list.

In the Italian tradition, the word “Osteria” dates to 14th Century Bologna and meant simply a place that served basic food and wine.

Fortunately, in our contemporary context, we have progressed a bit.

Viron Rondo Osteria proudly serves the best wood fired oven pizza in the New York tradition coupled with the finest locally sourced dishes.

Of course it should go without saying that our free-range chicken, organic salmon, fresh mozzarella, home made pasta, and artisanal breads and cheeses are complemented with key ingredients imported direct from Italy.

Mindful of dietary restrictions, we are pleased to provide a gluten free menu featuring delicious alternatives such as whole-wheat dough pizzas and pastas made from a unique blend of corn and rice.  For vegans and vegetarians, our home made salads featuring the freshest local produce will satisfy any appetite.

We are happy to welcome you individually and in groups of up to twelve.  For larger gatherings, with a little notice we will be glad to accommodate your needs. We are, first and foremost, a place where you and your family can feel at home.
